As the calendar turns and we step into a brand new year — 2082 B.S., it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and express gratitude for the journey we’ve had so far. For us at Omega International, 2081 B.S. was a year of resilience, growth, and meaningful achievements. It was a year where, despite challenges in the global manpower market, we stood firm on our mission: to connect hardworking Nepali individuals with international job opportunities and help them build brighter futures.

Looking back, I feel truly honored and proud that through our efforts, we were able to provide employment to a significant number of Nepali youths and workers in various countries. These opportunities didn’t just offer jobs — they provided international exposure, skill development, and financial stability to our candidates and their families back home. Knowing that our work has played a small part in supporting families, educating children, and uplifting communities makes every effort worthwhile.

A Year of Growth and Commitment

In 2081 B.S., Omega International expanded its reach, collaborated with new international partners, and continuously worked to improve our recruitment processes to make them more transparent, efficient, and candidate-friendly. We believe that when we provide genuine and quality opportunities to our workers, we contribute not just to individual livelihoods but to the nation’s economy as a whole.

Our staff, management, and field representatives are more motivated than ever to work harder, serve better, and reach new milestones. We understand the responsibilities that come with being a bridge between opportunities abroad and hopeful job seekers here in Nepal.

This year, we have set even bigger goals for ourselves. We aim to increase the number of candidates we send abroad, explore new destination countries, and build more reliable partnerships with foreign employers. Our focus will be on expanding opportunities not just for skilled and semi-skilled manpower but also for professionals in various technical, medical, and hospitality sectors.
